Personality

Full of little quirks

She has bouncy kitten energy, and she keeps it forever. Leave her be for a moment and she'll do something silly on her own.

A tuxedo cat flopped on her side, looking up with her toe beans showing.

The flop

Her signature move. She drops onto her side, wiggles, and looks up at you. Sometimes you even get toe beans.

The blep

A tiny pink tongue, left out just a little too long.

  • Makes biscuitsHappy kneading with her little paws.
  • Head tiltsThe curious look you can't say no to.
  • Looks where you tapTap her for a reaction, or drag to spin her around.
  • Always aliveShe breathes, blinks, twitches her ears and swishes her tail.
  • PouncesKitten energy when she's happy or playing.
  • Sleepy at nightCurled up with little Zzz's when it's late.

Care

Gentle care, no guilt

Three big buttons: Feed, Play and Gifts. Petting needs no button at all, just your finger.

A calico cat in a dahlia crown eating from a pink bowl.

Feed

Fill her bowl and watch her eat. A full tummy lasts for hours, and a friendly countdown shows when she's ready for more.

A cream cat with a dahlia, crouched to pounce on a pink yarn ball.

Play

Drag a yarn ball around and she chases it, bum wiggle and all.

A black cat with her eyes happily closed as pink hearts float up around her.

Pet

Hold on her to pet. She closes her eyes, purrs through a soft haptic, and hearts float up.

Five moods

Her mood comes from how fed, played with and petted she is, and from the time of day. Feed her every day to grow a streak.

  • Orange tabby smiling with her eyes closed
    Happy
  • Orange tabby sitting calmly
    Content
  • Orange tabby next to an empty bowl
    Hungry
  • Orange tabby curled up asleep with Zzz's
    Sleepy
  • Orange tabby pouting with flat ears
    Grumpy

She never dies, never gets sick and never runs away. The worst she gets is grumpy, and grumpy is still cute.Busy week? She'll be right there, happy to see you.

Every cat has her own name, look, theme, moods and streak. Tap a face to switch. Press and hold to make her your main cat: she opens first and stars in your widget. Only one cat? The switcher stays out of the way.

An age that counts up

Each cat's age counts from her adoption day, written the friendly way. Friends who have her cat card see the same age.

Her world

Her world follows yours

The sky in her room follows your real time of day, from a sunrise glow to a starry night with a moon. She gets sleepier at night, and the greeting fits the moment: a good morning, a late-night check-in, a happy weekend.

A present in her room

A gift shows up as a wrapped present next to her bed. One tap: confetti, a happy cat, and the note.

  1. Share your cat

Tap “Share my cat” to send a cat card. Your friend taps it and meets her exactly as you made her: same fur, same crown, same age. Change her look later? Send a new card and they see the new look.

  2. Send a gift

Your friend picks one of your cats, chooses a gift and adds a note of up to 140 characters. Up to 10 gifts a day.

  3. Open it

Tap the link and the present lands in her room. Each gift opens exactly once. Tap the same link again and it says “Already opened”.

  • Fish
  • Treat
  • Yarn ball
  • Toy mouse
  • Catnip
  • Rose bouquet
  • Hydrangea bouquet
  • Dahlia bouquet

Private by design. The gift rides inside the link itself, after the “#”. That part of a link never reaches a server: not ours, not anyone's.
